How PostcardPerks works for vendors
How a hotel postcard turns into a booking for you: the guest pays 15% online when booking and pays you the rest at the activity.
Reach guests through local hotels with offers for your spare capacity. You choose the discount, available days, and number of spots. Pause availability when you fill up and keep the activity relationship.
Example only. Each vendor controls its own perk, schedule, and availability.

Before your offer goes live, we confirm each participating property with you: its name, where the cards are placed, and how many rooms they reach. You can pause your availability at any time.
PostcardPerks is run by Evan, owner and operator of Rundle Bike in Canmore. Rundle Bike is the first founding operator in the guide, so every step you would use is tested on a local business first.

Your accepted founding terms do not change retroactively. Any change to the standard rate would apply only to later cohorts, and only after at least 100 real completed bookings establish conversion, support, collection, and attribution costs.
