Recommendations are informational, editorially curated, and may use the season and any preferences you choose. Conditions can change quickly. Guests remain responsible for checking current conditions, suitability, and vendor terms before booking or participating.
02Bookings and payment
The named activity vendor supplies the activity and remains responsible for delivery, safety, waivers, and the vendor’s cancellation obligations. An offer states its payment method before confirmation. Invoice-mode offers leave payment collection to the vendor. An opt-in partial-payment offer uses Stripe-hosted Checkout to collect a disclosed amount toward the advertised activity total; PostcardPerks processes that amount as the vendor’s booking and payment agent, and the vendor collects the stated remaining balance at the activity.
A partial-payment checkout shows the vendor identity and contact details, activity, date, party size, itemization, CAD total, amount due now, remaining balance, and the complete cancellation and reschedule policy. The guest must accept that policy before continuing. The emailed contract, receipt, and booking-status page preserve the accepted version. The offer-specific contract controls refunds and reschedules; vendor, weather, safety, duplicate-payment, and unavailable-service cancellations receive a full refund of the partial payment.
03Partner applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, publication, placement, or referrals. Commercial and payment terms take effect only after the applicable partner agreement version is accepted.
04Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized dashboard access, submit false information, or attempt a duplicate or mismatched payment.
These public website terms do not replace an accepted vendor or host agreement or the contract shown for a specific activity.
