Add your first activity

Here is how to get your first activity live on PostcardPerks. It takes about ten minutes, and guests see nothing until you publish.

After your fit check, we email you a private setup link. Open it, choose a password of at least fifteen characters, and select Activate my workspace.

Your workspace opens on Offers, with a private draft already started for you. Select Continue setting up to open it.

First, describe the experience. Use the name guests will recognize, and two or three plain sentences about what is included. Add the duration, activity level and minimum age, then continue.

Next, set the price. Enter your regular price per guest, then one PostcardPerks discount of at least ten percent. The guest price is calculated for you. Here, eighty-five dollars becomes forty-nine.

Then choose the days you run. Tick each day, then set the start time and how many guests you can take. Days you leave closed never appear to guests.

Add the meeting address and anything guests should bring. Defaults cover cancellation and weather, so change only what you need.

Upload at least one bright, wide photo of the real experience. The first photo becomes the cover in the guest guide.

On Review, check that every item has a tick.

The first time you publish, type your full legal name to e-sign the vendor agreement. Then select E-sign and publish offer.

Your offer now shows as Live. Guests can now find it in the PostcardPerks guide, and new bookings appear under Bookings. To change anything later, open the offer and edit it the same way.
