The first Canmore guide is a small, curated roster of one or two operators per category. Selection is based on trip fit, a useful guest offer, reliable follow-up, and available space.
No fee for views or clicks. Commission is 15% of completed activity value after the guest discount, including non-tip add-ons and excluding guest tax and tips. Keep cancellations, weather voids, and no-shows up to date so they are not counted as completed activities.

You choose a discount from 10% to 95% off the regular price, as a percentage or equivalent fixed-dollar amount. The editor starts at 25%, but you set the actual offer. Choose the days and capacity that make the discounted booking worthwhile; create a separate offer when different days need a different discount.
For approved offers, PostcardPerks collects 15% of the discounted activity and non-tip add-ons, plus the GST on that portion. You collect the remaining balance and any tips at the activity. The guest sees exact amounts before paying. Payment checkout remains subject to partner setup and approval; existing direct-payment offers keep their stated payment method.
Commission is earned on completed activity value. For approved partial-payment offers it is settled from the upfront collection, subject to the agreed refund and settlement rules. Existing direct-payment offers are invoiced monthly; balances under CAD $100 roll forward.
Your accepted founding terms do not change retroactively. Any change to the standard rate would apply only to later cohorts, and only after at least 100 real completed bookings establish conversion, support, collection, and attribution costs.
